Car has just stopped working central locking on key fob but works if I put key in lock and turn it could it be a fuse ??? Or something else

I was mucking about with fuses 3 weeks ago & the one for the gear-box was not put back in, giving this identical warning.

The transmission fuse lives in the glove box fuse pack... possibly a blown fuse ?

Yes thanks googled it and got a gent from Arizona told me to fully depress accelerator with key in position 1 for 30 secs then brake pedal for 10 secs and it cleared it ok now

I have had 2 carriers off embattled now a pattern part and a fe I bilstein one and have found after a while they get play on the pivot arm that the cable attaches to don't know what to do next HELP

As per my previous post I have fitted my new drivers side door handle carrier which worked fine for a day or two but now ceases to work
I have had door panel back off to check linkage to find all connected it's as if it needs another few mill of lift
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Fitted new handle carrier worked for a few days then nothing took door panel off to check linkage and everything is connected
Help required as to any other ideas as what to do now
