My E70 was the 4.0d model so bigger brakes and fitted fine

I believe, as long as there is no evidence of tyre being run on flat or damage to the internal carcase the tyre can be repaired allbeit a volcanised repair is performed...

The dealer is talking rubbish - dealers don’t make tyres!
