're the GPS, did you order the GPS two way cable? This splits the GPS input between the original head unit and the android unit and therefore no need for the supplied dash cable. This is a long shot but pull open the cover on the right side of the boot and check down in the cavity at the bottom underneath the fuse board to see if it has water in it.
Mine did some time ago and corroded the copper wires causing all sorts of erroneous messages and faults.

Also check the gromit half way up the frame of the tailgate on the same side. Mine leaked and the cables in the bottom of the cavity below the fuses was saturated. It caused all sorts of error codes and failures.
