I've had three BMW diesels remapped by Simon of https://www.e-maps.co.uk and very satisfied with each one.
Economy neither improved or worsened but performance and smoothness improved dramatically.

Get the recall done!
I found out about the recall 6th March.
First available date for the recall work 28th March.
Bolt failed 13th March.
Car recovered and repaired, £500 bill.
Currently trying to recover costs from BMW.

Just to update. The failed bolt was a sod to get out but eventually was removed. My Indy replaced all associated pulley's and belts etc and checked out the spring installation by the MoT garage. There was no reason to associated the spring replacement work with the pulley bolt failure. The parts to ...
