1. Should it come on automatically when Park is engaged ?

2, Should it be disengaged manually or automatically ?

The car has staggered wheels with 325 tyres on back and 285 on the front – these changes were done by the main dealer some I assume all is ok – however the tyres fitted are not run flats ? – do I need to change them...
