Hi

I popped down to my local auction house in Blackbushe yesterday. Here are some hammer prices:

Tesla model S Sep18 13k miles £50,500
BMW M4 3.0T Mar18 comp pack dct coupe 7818 miles £32,200
BMW 730D se excl May15 37k miles £13,300
MB GLE 350d amg night ed premium+ Jan19 15k miles £34,400
Porker cayenne 3.0d tip S Nov15 50k miles £22k
BMW X5 Mar17 40d msport 7 seat pan roof 25K miles £30,200

lots more there, there was a 993 turbo but i didnt see the price.....

The Tesla is on autotrader for £58k , i didnt realise there was such a high mark up of almost £7k for doing so little.

Auctions can be great if you want to get a bargain or a quick flip to earn some dosh, but it can burn you if you end up with a lemon.

you also have to go up against the dealers that do exactly what they did with the Tesla, buy cheap and a big markup, therefore they may be able to outbid you and still have profit in it for themselves.
