ISTA D screen resolution issues

I have installed ista diagnostic software on a laptop but I am having trouble using it due to screen resolution issues.

Basically, when the programme opens it is not in full screen. Online, people as suggesting double clicking the grey header to put it into full screen mode. The problem is I cannot see the grey header at the top of the screen to do this. Also, I cannot move the window up or down to access it.

Anyone familiar with using this that can put me out of my misery as I have spent hours messing around without success.

Sorry just managed to fix it. The laptop scale and layout settings were at 125%.....changed to 100% and it is fine. I am not used to this windows 10 nonsense.
