Hi all, just wondering if the section Dealer Experiences, could be added as found it useful on the old forum :)

Fawdington BMW, Newcastle upon Tyne. Excellent, can't fault their sales service. There is a right cock in the service dept, but the world isn't perfect and the Sales team back you up rather than the dealer if there is a problem.

Ask for Anthony Kenny, gives the best discounts ever, say Matt sent you

I am considering changing my Dealer as my current one is not really up to scratch any more. Been using Peter Vardy (formely Dunedin) since 97, but recently the service department has really just lost the plot!

I have flirted with Grassicks (Perth) and Phoenix (Kirkcaldy), but never been satisfied with them either. Wondering if anyone has any experience of Menzies in Stirling.

Cotswold have an excellent mail order service as well, I have used them for various small parts over the years, and they have been fab. Ordered an aircon vent from them last weds, was here on friday.

Used Cheltenham Cotswold for 6 years until the move to Canada and always had good service from them. Parts guys were very knowledgeable and helpful when I changed out interior and fitted heated seats as well.
