Valve Cover Gasket leak 35d M57

Hi guys, I've had a small drip for some time I usually top up about 500mls every month or so. I've been wanting to get the job done but have not been able to book it
All the indies are usually fully booked and it seems like a big job. What are the risks of delaying this work?
Apart from the obvious oil leak.

Just keep an eye on your oil level as you have and get it fixed as soon as you can .....do not be tempted to put any "stop a leak" in it....
