2nd key no longer saves seat position

I am 5'11" and my wife 5'2" so we have very different seat positions. The seat used to adjust to our keys when we unlock the car. This now only happens on my key fob. I'm not sure if it is connected but this does seem to coincide with when I used iCarly to get the mirrors to fold in on locking. I can't see why as there aren't any seat settings I can see on iCarly. Any one else experienced this and how to fix it?

Have you tried re-storing them against each key?  I know if I mixed the keys up (as in locking/unlocking) things got messed up.

What do you mean by restoring them against each key and how would I do this, thanks.

Lock with one key (the one that works) and then unlock with the other, set mirrors, seats etc and press 'M' and the right number (1,2,3) for the key.  Lock the car.  Unlock with the other key and repeat if necessary with your positions/settings.

Played around with the keys and the memory setting to no avail. Could the Carly software have done this. What I don't want to do is pay BMW to fix it and I then loose the ability for the mirrors to fold in when locking, reinstall the Carly software so they do and find out it has messed the second key up.
