Get some furry dice too. Pink one's....

Had this in the car today.  Found her wandering about in our road so we've taken her in until the owner shows up...she spent the evening asleep on Bonnie's lap... :xmaskiss:

Ahhhhhhhh. That's one hell of a furry dice! Hope the owner reclaims her, otherwise you may have a new addition for Xmas  :) :)
Had quite a few wild creatures in various cars - injured crow, hedgehogs saved from peril, dazed owl and a stray dog!

It's to discharge any static charge build up in the car, but actually you are so distracted by the grinding and scraping noise you forget to be ill.....

Ah ok. Maybe the static is causing my bad hair days, perhaps I need a tail too.

Yes

In my day....you could get away with it.

I wouldn't do it now on a new car.

Oh dear. For some reason I thought it was easily reversible. Surely it's a bit of a grey area though- they wouldn't be likely to find it in a general service?
Maybe leave it then.

It will leave a 'mark' on the ecu even if reversed and some of the modern ecus, like yours I would guess, have to be removed to be done and therefore obvious to BMW

Mine was found on the X5 and that was in for routine work.

Luckily I had a good relationship with them and they would do their absolute best to honour any warranty work.

I personally wouldn't risk it anymore and u suspect your cars are quick enough in the real world anyway, although obviously not as quick as any as mine !!
