He won't come.  My last post said his ego was bigger than the new x7

He's either sulking or playing with his stable of expensive cars :-)

Nice toy you've got and definitely a change from the X5.

From the photos I can tell it's got the sat nav, but not sure if the seats are heated as I think they moved the switches to between the stereo controls from the lower switch panel on earlier 2008 models. I know a bit sad but I did think about getting the 330d but funds would allow me to have that and an X5.

How are you finding the run flats with the 19's? As I know from comments on here that where the X5 has runflats It seems the ride is a bit harsh.

Yep it has pro NAV and it appears to be very good :-) I also like the Bluetooth audio streaming from the iphone :-)

Yes you do feel bumps on the road on the RF's but I expected that after reading comments.  Mind you on those 19's it makes the tyres look like rubber bands. Don't worry I'll be crying when I kerb a whelk or loose a tyre! Lol

Even the old E46 vert with non-RFTs is a hard ride as the tyres are very low profile so there's nothing in the sidewall to 'smooth' the bumps.  Ours being an M Sport just has no give at all, but that being said it handles beautifully.

Shame it has a habit if breaking rear springs though.....something BMW put down to using recycled steel!  Er right >:(

The answer for that is to park 6 inches from the kerb and get a taxi, like I do with the X5  :))

Don't think ill have much choice.  Trust me I can park with in the width of a Rizla  but it's the men who look at you as if to say "she can't park that" that puts you off.  A policeman waited for me to park the X5 the other day and then had the audacity to tell me that he was impressed with my parking. I was less impressed that he had nothing better to watch! Lol.
