Style 336 alloys,

Post by sapphireblack » Mon Oct 29, 2018 12:46 pm

Just refurbished and on my car since Friday, excellent tyres circa 6/7mm, Duellers. Not sure the grey suits a space grey car so thinking I'll look for alternatives.

Pictures upon request but literally like new. £1450 collected from Kent, not really open to offers.

These fit X5 and X6 with spigots on the rear

That’s E53 not E70 as the centre bores are too small.

Not sure what you're saying?

These are E70 wheels with 74.1 CBs all round used with spigot rings on the rear to fit the E71's 72.6 CBs.

In that case it might have helped if you had said that they came off an E70 in your initial post.  Wheels from the E71 have smaller bores and can’t be fitted to the E70 without machining one axle pair (can’t remember which  :-[ ).

The E71 has a ‘Torque Distribution’ rear axle (not used on the E70 other than the X5M) and this is why they have different wheels.

Any photos of the actual wheels? Could you take some showing what is stamped on the rear too?

Theyre on the car so inside pictures not exactly easy, what info is it you need? They're OE X5 wheels that have just been refurbished, not much more i can say.

I've been struggling to load any pictures but PM me an email address and I'll happily take some pictures for you.
