Hi if it is an E53 which wheels have you put on ? as the E53 uses 72.6 pcd compared with a 74.1 pcd on the later car , the wobble could be due to the wheels not been centred which would cause your wobble especially under breaking as the wheels load up . Simple fix is using some spigot rings 74.1 - 72.6 which will centre the wheels .
