Hi all i have an 07 e53 and when parked over night the passenger side air suspension is down,the air bags are new

Quite possibly the air pipe connection to the air bag or where that pipe goes to the reservoir. You’ll have to take some of the plastic bits out of the boot and then you’ll see the pipe normally red or blue. Spray some soapy water on the joints and see if it bubbles. Of course it could be the bag but unlikely if new.
