BMW official kit is one, about £200. There is a thread running on this at present.
Make sure you are in a DAB served area though. Not everyone is, especially if close to Le Continent as our system conflicts with French TV broadcasts.

One of the down sides is that the windscreen aerials are not that great and unless you want to make holes you might end up with an aerial that has a wire training through your boot
Not sure if there is a cost effective option where it uses / upgrades the existing aerial.
The cartronics quotes for integrated solutions ranged from 800 to 1700 for the fully integrated solution. the 80 option removed the CD changer too.
