Water leaking in rear fuse panel area

Post by Stuart Phillips » Sun Nov 11, 2018 10:28 pm

Hi all,

I have water leaking into the area where the fuses are, behind the righthand side panel in the boot, its pretty much splashes off water all over that area, anyone else experienced this before?.

Thanks Stuart.

The rear lights seal is a weak point on the E70 in early models, they upgraded the seals after a while, possibly worth looking at
And welcome to the forum :D

Also check the gromit half way up the frame of the tailgate on the same side. Mine leaked and the cables in the bottom of the cavity below the fuses was saturated. It caused all sorts of error codes and failures.
