Hey folks after a long search I finally found a car recently. I’ve had it for around 2 months. I put it into my local Indy BMW specialist the other day as I had noticed it was sagging at the rear end passenger side.
Came back with a broken front spring. Spring replaced and I thought all was well. Looking at the car today it still sits lopsided to the passenger side. He checked the bags in the back. No leaks reported.
Anyone any ideas what it could be.
It’s a 2007 3.0d se.
Any responses much appreciated as it’s driving me mad.
Cheers Craig.

E70 suspension
Re: E70 suspension
Id think it has to be either the bag or the fittings/line to it from the compressor solenoid has a leak if its noticeably down , Does it rise up as soon as the engine runs or stay down ?
Re: E70 suspension
Hey Leslie, the car had a full check on the bags and the lines. No faults but the car sits noticeably lower on the left than the right.
Compressor only comes on every now and again.

Re: E70 suspension
I think they can setup the airbag limits to even it up with software to control the upper height or it may be one of the level sensors isn't reading correct which they should be able to view . This may have been done before to correct a fault and later the part was changed and has left you with a lean on one side is all i can think off and I'm sure its had several airbags by now and some of them available seem poor quality.
