Have the same problem on my 20's 2008, will head to the dealers to see what they will do?

Dealer replaced all 4 of my 20's under warranty a couple of months ago.

wee update - meant to post this ages ago. Had both rears that this happened to replaced under warranty by BMW - I think we can call that a result ! brand new spanky wheels :)

I sprayed mine black as all polished laquered wheels bubble up, it's an age old problem... not just BMW wheels either.

I noticed the same on only one of my wheels when I swapped them for the winter rims. Took it into Stratstone who supplied the car new in june and they said it was a known issue. Will check all wheels when they're due to go back on after the winter and will replace where necessary under warranty :)

Interesting.

All 4 have gone on my wife's 12 plate X5 as I mentioned on the Xmas night out.

I'll have a chat with the stealer and report back.
