Hi just trying to order some parts for my x5 e53 30d and I need to know if it's a 184hp or 211hp or 218hp  my engine number  is 
27046012
Any ideas

Type the last 7 digit of chassis number into mdecoder.com
It’s one of few vin decoding websites that will give kw & Hp values

Realoem can be used for part numbers

If it is a facelift (6-speed auto gearbox) then it is 218bhp.  If it isn’t then it’s 184bhp.  Not heard of a 211bhp E53 3.0d.

Or check your V5C registration document.  The 184PS engine is 2926cc and the 218PS is 2993cc.  And like X5Sport I haven't heard of a 211PS version.
