2012 X5 30d M Sport Auto Remap

So having read many posts about remaps im thinking about a remap for the X5 but a few questions I hoped the more knowledgeable on here could help me with.....
What performance/MPG increase should I expect to see form my X5?
Where in North East Scotland can it be done?
Does it affect the warranty/Are they traceable?
And is there anyone out there who has remapped the same motor as mine and advise how much better, what was the difference and is it worth it?

Any advise is appreciated.
