Congrats moderators for getting the new forum up and running. I had a few write ups posted on the old site, gutting I didn't back them up somehow. I may try and find something on my towbar fitting.

Sad news is though, I had to sell my X5. Now the proud owner of a 330i Touring though, love it. I will be purchasing an X5 in the not too distant again, I just love the X5! So I will stick around if thats ok.

Hi bwg and good to have you onboard shame about that towbar and bike rack setup as that was a good write up that one .............i suppose we will have to make do with Jigs half assed job for now

Thanks sp3ctre, had a few weeks now. Got lucky with it for sure. Beige leather, manual, sat nav and glass roof onboard. And yes, I love the colour too Orient Blue!

Glad to see you on here bwg and a nice 330 you have there too. Orient Blue is a cracking colour same as our first BMW albeit a 320d. As x555 said the towbar write up + bike rack was very good, if you could recreate it again I'm sure you would make life easier for many members new and old. Good luck with the 330.

Thanks for the welcome back guys. So glad this forum is back, I kind of lost interest in the forum world while using the others!

In answer to your question Sanj, although I love a smooth petrol engine, the next one will have to be diesel I reckon. I even think I would still go for another E53, I just prefer it to the E70 looks, even though I haven't driven an E70. Plus the E70 is so wide, the wife would struggle I think. You've got me thinking about my next purchase! (close your ears new 330 Touring).

Also, a message to the Mods, a nice looking interface you've picked up for the new forum. Much cleaner and nice to use than the old one!
