Windows open intermittently, mirrors when they choose too, passenger window never

Is it something to do with plug on mirrors

Electric issues, my drivers window woke now and again my passenger never and my mirrors when they choose. Lost as to where to look was told the plug on the mirrors could effect this so bypass that and disconnected mirrors. Still no change except mirrors don't work obviously

Had the same problem on a VW Caddy van, it was water ingress on the door mounted internal switch cluster
.( stupid design and no roof gutters mean that when driving in the rain all the roof / windscreen water wants to run in the widow and drip on the switches.
All these functions are common to the window regulator / door mirror folding switch panel.
