X3 E83 Sat Nav Update 2008

Hi All

I have recently changed from 2004 X3 2.5i Sport to a 2008 2.0D M Sport.
The old car was manual and this is auto and also includes the navigation system.
It works fine but looks pretty dated like it’s still running Windows 3.1.

Is there anyway of upgrading the software on it? I have looked on google and YouTube with not much luck on this version of the car.
