selling X5

Post by x6edge » Sat Jul 31, 2010 12:50 pm

Hi, I'm thinking of selling my x5 due to requirement to downsize. its an 03 diesel sport with 93600 miles just wondered what would be a fair price to ask for the car. Its standard spec for a sport but no satnav.

thanks

Hard to put figure on it.

Colour/trim combo, condition, number of owners, extent of history & anything needing sorting or not would be significant factors.

I would have a look at Pistonheads, ebay classifieds, autotrader and go from there.

Location will be another possible factor as will be the quality of your advert & the timescale you hope to sell within.

Just because folk are asking all the money doesnt mean they are selling so do your research.

I have moved this thread to E53 General Discussion as its a query more than an advert but feel free to post an advert in the buy/sell section once you have a figure in mind.

Having just bought after looking at loads I would think 11ish if in good nick with good history. colour does have a big bearing on price.

I would say the lack of sat nav would affect the car..............for most this a must when looking for an X5
