I'm going to view a range rover vogue today with the M62 in it.. Don't know why. I looked at a cayenne the other week and it just didnt do it for me (I've had one before anyway). Ill probably have a go then think 'na, I'll stick with the the trusty X5'.
Am I being ridiculous..

Nothing wrong with keeping an eye on the market.

I didn't know they put the M62 in the Rangie.

Yes the early L322 was full of BMW stuff - the 4.4 V8 being one of the engines.
Anyway, it was a pile of junk with bits of trim missing here and there. Looks good in photos but I've been down that road before..
I'm sticking with my trusty V8.
