trifecta lights

Post by Loperamide » Sat Feb 15, 2020 9:16 pm

Sometimes I get the trifecta lights randomly, even when at a stop.

Scanned for codes and got the following:-

The first one is probably a dirty connection, or waterlogged, or bad sensor on the wheel ABS sensor leading to a drop out which the ABS computer then detects as a signal loss and puts the warning lights on. Check the connections or maybe replace the sensor if the wiring has started to deteriorate at all.

The second one I think is to do with the coolant control for the airflow unit in the intake used to tell the DME how much air is entering the engine. I’m reading MAP in the same way as MAF. Newtis mentions it here.....

:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
