Wheel centre to arch

Post by Themoog2 » Sat Apr 25, 2020 3:45 pm

Hi. Can someone do me a favour and measure what the dimension from rear wheel centre to edge of arch is please. E53 with air bags.
I'm in the process of renewing all the suspension and forgot to measure..
Ta.

When I rebuilt mine I got the Data from www.newtis.info

My 2003 4.6is on 20" rims single axle air suspension should be 730mm measured from the bottom of the wheel rim to the Arch
just checked it and it still is :) 4 years on.

719mm according to that with 19" wheels. It's only so I can jack the swing arm up to approx position to torque all the bolts up and set camber. I'll have to visit a hunter for the toe unless anyone has any ideas..
Fortunately I had it checked last year and it has a free reset within two years.
