Only issue with that type of reporting is that there is at the moment no data to support that allegation though. I can see counter prosecutions coming along at some stage that a wild statement from an organisation without backing it up has caused a tangible loss to a company which they will want to recover.

Dangerous games though of spreading allegations against any (other) car manufacturer on hearsay.

more likely is others also getting caught and coming in to apologies tail between their legs

its not as if the vags were reporting far superior NO or other emission figures compared to the others right?, they were on par with the others for the same kind of money.

so if that's how they did it the chances are the others also had 'ways' to get similar figures.

plus, no one party sticks their neck out so far on their own, these things work more like in a cartel..

lets wait and see..
