remap plus air flow meter

Hi all , got the X a remap from TorqueTronix in Kells NI as recommended by Jason@bw chiptune , great job but it threw up a fault in the air flow meter , so had to get a new one £££ , the remap in amazing torque way up and v smooth ,

Hi Colin, I've been wanting to remap my X5 for some time but I wanted to wait until a rolling road was available,  unfortunately nobody in Northern Ireland that I know of seems to have  4 wheel rollers. Did you notice any difference in the mpg. Thanks Martin

Can you go down to Dublin as I can get it on a dyno dynamics rolling road and tune it there

Sorry Martin for not replying to you sooner on my post
MPG sits at 33.6  and with more torque  more enjoyable to drive
any result with your X .

[/quote]Hi Colin, thanks for your reply. Yes I managed to get my own remapped by Regal Tuning in York remotely. They provided me with a remapping box and three different maps, original, sport and economy. To be honest I flashed the sport map and haven't changed it yet as it's so much fun and I get over 30mpg even on the shortest journey. The gears seen so much smoother and as you say the torque is amazing. It is like driving a new car. Thanks again for your reply
