That does look stunning - such a great colour!
A bit of tyre gel would finish the look, though admittedly, applied to heavy and it’ll splatter the sides

I’m sure I coded mine to disable the function if the doors are locked
Important so as to prevent, accidental opening whilst key is in the pocket

Pretty or to purchase, my 333’s were painted in sparking silver - look good

Short stop start journeys in town will easily see circa 19mpg
Continual journeys in town circa 24mpg

Out on the open road, anywhere between 29 & 34mpg, a bit of difference if driven at 68mph as opposed to circa 74mph

Would you consider Ruby Black?

I’m considering selling up for a camper van.....

If required, I can send the Spec list, 4.0d M sport,

Looking good and worth the effort! A constant battle with Black keeping it fresh!

Along with other faults As mentioned above.
I’d almost certainly suggest you have a gummed up inlet manifold, only real cure is removal for cleaning or replacement... fortunately to get to the glowplugs and module this has to be removed

I started the strip down this evening and the inlet manifold is surprisingly free from CBU  :) Gave it a good clean with EGR cleaner and a flushout with a power washer all the same.  ;)

Well there goes my suggestion out the window, sorries I stand corrected, I’ll go and stand in the corner
Great work undertaking yourself!
The reason I’d suggested is the mention of lack of power and stalling, typical traits of a gummed manifold!

2011 Individual Dirac Audio c/w Bluetooth Audio & DAB

I could be wrong, but I think the DAB was std with the Lci upgrade as was Led Angels etc
As mentioned, I find the DAB stations drop out too often

I believe there is three media packages + the Individual Audio
It was a stumbled across option for me, neither I or the salesman was aware, noticeable by the silver speaker surrounds, sound quality is sublime!
Bluetooth media whilst good, the head unit volume has to be turned up to get the initial volume, initially I had thought it wasn’t working though a couple of notches in the volume bring the sound through the 16 speakers

The Dirac system offers crystal clarity, very deep bass when required and surprisingly tuneable, allbeit tweaking is required for different music choices, the Bavsound upgrade is not really comparable..
A bit comical when others advertise the option they simply don’t have as I believe it’s very rare, most likely due to the initial option cost

Recieved my letter, the wording still suggests it’s an inspection even though they had it in back in December

I believe longevity maybe an issue...
There is good reports from Lemforder parts and a relatively / comparable price

There’s a lot to like about RR’s, allbeit best from afar, unless you accept the running costs
The owners forum for them speaks volume, with common problems inherent!
http://www.rangerovers.net/forum/
They’re dear to buy, run, repair & replace due to high depreciation.
Whilst as a brand I like BMW, though that’s not to suggest I’m Bias, currently looking at options when the time comes to replace, Jaguar is front running, so perhaps I’m contradicting myself!  :))

Another one that’s fell foul to the house improvement trap, I’m getting a kitchen rather than Car this year!

Having had one allbeit in Tdv8 form, I’d test drive and consider exchanging your driving liciense for a maritime boating liciense
The 4.2 have air suspension on all corners that offer abundant body roll, with little refinement, almost agriculatral in comparance.
A complex car that was plagued by issues due to the amount of electronics, far more than Bmw’s
When they run good their good, undeniable, though shallow pockets are a must for ownership!
