Since reading on here I now press button without my foot on brake to see and do notice now its saying pre heating on quite a few times which I suppose is normal...

Ive read many posts on the E53 and E70 about changing oil at 60000 miles and some say don't and some say a must, and some say it cured a problem and some say it caused a problem...……?? Very interesting but confusing also, so to my q...

Re: electric boot

If you depress button soon as it opens, it fully opens or hold ...

Torque settings for wheel nuts
Hi all, going to be fitting some winter wheels (nice ones off a top bloke, forum member) 18" to my F15 3.0D sport this weekend with help from my friend who is a mechanic. He has asked me to find out what size the wheels nuts/bolts are and what torque you tighten them up to please. I checked nut...

Re: Current road speed limit sign on dash
I have this on my heads up display also, had to fiddle a bit with options to get it up. It works really well and I would say its bang on 95% of the time. I don't have front camera so it works from the what evers behind the mirror inside the car.

Re: Replacement Tyres for X5
[quote="wyorksf15"] I purchased a 2015 plate X5 a few months ago 'approved used' from BMW and the car had the same tyre wear. 3mm fronts - they agreed to change 4mm rears - they would not change advising 3mm is the trigger Maybe some good negotiation could get all 4 replaced! Or even offer...

Hi all. Had my car in for its MOT and end of AUC warranty check yesterday. Noticed when driving my car on bad road surfaces and having window open that there is a slight squeak coming from front right some where. Also does it sometimes when you press the brake pedal. Went out for drive with a BMW Te...
